The distribution HLA-A among population revealed that, most common wasHLA-A*11:01. affinity prediction HLA-A*03:01(AAAYFVGYLK) HLA-A*11:01(AAYFVGYLK) peptide were positive. two positive predicted peptides both 2 showed mutation K245Q, affect binding alleles.
